I became friends with a lady who joined the group, and met up with her to visit  a couple of places that were reported to be haunted, to see if they were worth our group Kent Paranormal Seekers returning for an investigation.  After our visits we went back to her house for a coffee. 

She had already told me that there had been a few unexplained activities, like a window opening, the sound of a ball bouncing down the stairs and that her daughter had seen a small child, so we thought we would see what we could pick up.  I had also 'seen' the child wearing a long white dress with her a week earlier.  After giving the child's description and age of around 11 years old, it appeared to be the same child as her daughter had seen.  It also turned out that she had been told of a Victorian child of about 12, who had attached themselves  to her by another medium a couple of years earlier, this I knew nothing about.  When I had seen the child a week earlier,  she appeared to be soaking wet, wearing a long white dress with dark bits on it.  I couldn't make out what the dark bits were but when I told  her, she said that her daughter had seen the child', wearing a white dress with dirty patches on it, so maybe the patches just looked like dark patches when wet?  My friend had never seen the child but was aware of a presence in her home, which she said wasn't unpleasant or nasty.

As we sat down at the table with our coffee, I could see not the one, but two children on the stairs watching us.  They appeared to be happy and  giggling.  One of the children was the girl  with the long white dress, the other child had a long dark velvet dress, with a slip underneath.  They started to come down the stairs so we tried to connect to them.

My friend began to see the bottom of the velvet dress which one child was wearing and saw the colour dark blue, which was really nice.  We often manage to link into spirit together.  I don't know if its because of linking our energies together or what it is, but it's always nice to work along side someone you can trust and who can confirm what you are getting.  Its too easy to let your imagination run away with you.

Anyway, I got  my voice recorder out of my bag and placed it on the table between us.  Then asked the children if they would come and talk to us.  Neither of us could hear the children reply or say anything but when we played the recorder back a few minutes later to make sure it was working, to our amazement there was the voice of a child at the beginning before we had started asking them anything.

It is the clearest e.v.p. recording I have ever managed to capture.  Usually you have to really try hard to hear anything, but this is so clear and loud.  In fact it is louder than our voices.  There wasn't any other person present apart from my friend and I.  She lives in a very quiet cul-de-sac, with only about 8 properties.  She hardly ever sees her neighbours and none of them have children anyway.  Her house backs onto fields.  It was about 2pm so all children would be at school , my recorder was clear but I hadn't recorded any children with my recorder previously anyway. 

It sounds like "Don't go away Celia"  See what you think.

 

 

We did pick up other things at my friends but haven't checked them out yet.  I did research into the name of Celia for that area and found 29 for the area between 1837-1920, which covers the Victorian era.  Of all the Celia's, only four died as children.  Two at birth, one age 3,  and only one age 12 years old.  The 12 year old was a Celia Llewhellin.  This is obviously this is very interesting, if what is on the recording is in fact the name Celia.  I still have the original on my recorder  just in case it can be investigated further.

 Something else that is interesting, is that during our time of 'linking' with spirit, We both 'saw' a lady in a Victorian kitchen.  My friends was given the name of Elizabeth.  Which as it turns out, is the mothers name of the Celia Llewhellin I found.

I returned to my friends house to try and investigate the name of Llewhellin further, unfortunately we were unable to find any information about the Llewhellins or how this child died.  We decided to try with the recorder again a few weeks later.  My friend now has her own recorder which is good, because now we can be certain that any thing picked up is not the recorder itself.  We turned the recorders on and started to ask questions.  We couldn't feel much spirit, certainly didn't see the girls but I did see a boy of about 14.  wearing longish shorts and knee high socks held up by garters.   We asked if Celia was there  but didn't hear any replies, but again when we played the recorders back there was a young boys voice answering  "NO" as you can hear below.

 

 

 

UPDATE - A week or two later

I was sitting having a coffee in my lounge when the girl in the white dress suddenly appeared in front of me, very unhappy.  ( I live about 30 miles  from the house)  When I asked what was wrong the girl said "They don't want me anymore, I've been sent away."   I said I would see if I could help and went to telephone my friend.  I asked if anything has happened and was told that the circle she attends had  'sent the girls to the light,'   As I don't attend the circle, I don't know how this was done but unfortunately it didn't seem as if it was done done properly.  I explained what had just happened and that the little girl in white wasn't happy.  My friend then told me that when the children were being 'sent to the light'  one seemed quite happy but the one in white was being pulled by the hand by her mother?  and didn't seem to want to go which she thought a bit strange at the time.  Luckily she has now managed to unite the child with her guide through meditation.  She has asked if the girls are still in her home via her voice recorder but can't get any more e.p.v.'s and everything seems quiet, so hopefully the girls are now happy in the spirit world.

Maybe this child was unhappy in her life on Earth and didn't get along with her mother.  Maybe her mother was cruel or violent towards her.  Who knows?  This is something we will never know the answer to but if this had been the case, then why would the girl  want to go to her mother in spirit?  Its not for me to say how someone should guide spirit to 'the light' I'm certainly no expert in this field, but maybe it would have been better to have asked for the child's guide to come for her and help her to pass onto her next phase of learning?
